The Bayelsa State APC Non-Indigenes, under the dynamic and capable leadership of our DG, Comrade Bassey Mborah, in company of all bloc coordinators and executives, made a remarkable appearance at the just concluded 12th Expanded Stakeholders’ Meeting of our great party in Bayelsa State.
During the meeting, we took the golden opportunity to present a symbolic gift to the leader of our party in Bayelsa State, Chief Timipre Marlin Sylva, CON. This gesture was not just an expression of appreciation, but also a recognition of his steadfast support, commitment, and sacrifices towards the growth and progress of the APC in Bayelsa State since 2014 till date.
In his remarks, our DG, Comrade Bassey Mborah, assured Chief Sylva of the unflinching loyalty and continued support of all non-indigenes in Bayelsa. He emphasized that our structure is fully mobilized and working tirelessly to bring every non-indigene under the umbrella of the APC, thereby strengthening the party base ahead of future elections.
Furthermore, the DG declared, on behalf of the non-indigenes, our endorsement of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term in office. He expressed confidence that with the unity, coordination, and massive support demonstrated at the stakeholders’ meeting, the APC in Bayelsa is well-positioned and determined to deliver the state for President Tinubu come the 2027 presidential election.
The occasion ended with prayers for our leader, Chief Timipre Marlin Sylva, CON, asking God Almighty to continue to protect him, grant him long life, and bless his family abundantly as he continues to guide the affairs of our party in Bayelsa State.
