The Office of the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Kano State Governor on Youth Empowerment, under the able leadership of Hon. Abbas Kalarawi, wishes to inform the general public, particularly the youth of Kano State, about the commencement of another phase of the Global Concept Training Centre programme.
This empowerment initiative is part of the Abba Gida-Gida Initiative Program “20 to Train 20″, designed to equip young people with practical and entrepreneurial skills for self-reliance and sustainable development.

Programme Focus:
Professional Certificate in Poultry and Fishery Production and Management.
The programme aims to provide youth with the knowledge, discipline, and business mindset required to thrive in modern economic sectors. Participants are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance, dress decently, and adhere strictly to programme regulations. This empowerment drive is in line with the vision of His Excellency, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, Executive Governor of Kano State, and the mentorship of His Excellency, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso (Jagora), towards building a productive and self-sufficient youth population across the state.
