The USIR Foundation has successfully concluded the screening exercise for the 500 students whose 2025 JAMB registration it sponsored across Nigeria.
In line with its mission to promote education and empower young Nigerians, the Foundation announced that it will fully sponsor the university education of all students who achieve the required JAMB scores for admission into accredited Nigerian universities. This support will cover tuition until graduation.
Out of the 500 beneficiaries, Kano State accounts for the largest number of sponsored candidates, with 150 students drawn from Gwale Local Government Area (LGA) alone.
The screening revealed several outstanding performances, with some students scoring 311, 308, 228, and 219 in the 2025 JAMB examination.
The initiative is led by Hajiya Ummussalama Isyaka Rabi’u (Jarumar Ƙasar Hausa), Executive Commissioner, Corporate Services, FCCPC, and Founder of the USIR Foundation. She emphasized that the program aims to reduce the financial burden on families, encourage academic excellence, and create opportunities for talented students who might otherwise be unable to pursue higher education.
The USIR Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to monitoring the progress of these students and ensuring that those who gain admission receive the necessary financial and moral support throughout their university journey.
