On Friday 12/09/2025, The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Community Engagement Northwest, accompanied the Honourable Minister of Works His Excellency Senator David Nweze Umahi CON and the Minister of State Muhammed Bello Goronyo Esq, for the inspection of The Sokoto-Badagry Superhighway.

They inspected the ongoing works in both Kebbi and Sokoto Section of the Superhighway that is ongoing simultaneously.

While speaking, Hon. Yakasai commended His Excellency President Bola Tinubu GCFR for bringing this Gigantic Legacy project which was conceptualized since the Time of Late President Shehu Shagari over 43years ago, but was never done until President Tinubu took the bold decision to undertake this gigantic project. The SSA equally thanked Honourable Minister Dave Umahi Mohd Goronyo and Governor Nasir Idris for their commitment in bringing the project to reality…….
