The Executive Commissioner, Corporate Services at the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), Hajiya Ummusalma Isyaka Rabi’u, is pleased to announce the formal constitution of the USIR Political Council. This milestone marks a significant step toward deepening grassroots engagement, strengthening organizational structures, and ensuring effective political mobilization across all levels.

Recognizing the pivotal role of Kano in shaping our collective future, these appointments have been carefully designed to reflect balance, inclusivity, and competence. Each appointee is entrusted with a responsibility not only to their office but also to the shared vision of service, accountability, and unity that guides the Council.

Malam Naziru Datti Yasayyadi – Director, Religious Affairs

Hon. Saifuddeen Nuraddeen – Director General, Media

Local Government Coordinators – Kano Central Senatorial District
To ensure no community is left behind, Coordinators have been appointed across all 15 Local Governments of Kano Central. They will serve as direct links between the grassroots and the leadership of the Council:

  8. Ungogo – Hon. Falalu Salisu Abdullahi

Directive to Appointees
All appointed leaders and Coordinators are expected to discharge their duties with dedication, transparency, and inclusiveness. They must work closely with their communities to ensure that every voice is heard and every ward is carried along.
