On January 16, 2025, the Commissioner of Police, Kano State Police Command, CP Salman Dogo Garba, received the entourage of the Executive Secretary of the Guidance and Counselling Board, Kano State, Hon. Ado Muhammad Wudil, on a courtesy visit.
The Executive Secretary highlighted the Board’s mandates, which include: Generating Empowerment: Empowering Kano State indigenesSecuring Placement: Securing placements for Kano State indigenes in federal, state, and private establishments Issuance of State Indigene Certificate: Issuing certificates to Kano State indigenes The Executive Secretary expressed appreciation for the Police Command’s support and sought to strengthen the existing cordial relationship between the Board and the Command.In response, CP Salman Dogo Garba welcomed the delegation and acknowledged the Board’s partnership in the Police Command’s activities, particularly in recruitment. He assured the Board of the Command’s continued cooperation and partnership.The visit concluded with a commitment from both parties to continue working together.
